AWARDS
Events:
All six competitors advancing to the final speech rounds and the top
six competitors in each debate event will receive awards. Pending
entry numbers, semifinalists will also receive awards.
Sweepstakes:
Sweepstakes awards will be given to the top 6 overall schools. We
will also be initiating a Sweepstakes Award for the best achieving
school with 15 entries or less.
Novice:
The top non-advancing novice competitor in each "Speech" event
will receive an award. Novices must be indicated on the entry form
when registration is submitted. In Duo Interpretation and Student
Congress, both competitors in the team must be 'novice' status to
qualify.
