Welcome to PowerPoint: Classroom Applications
This staff college course will provide you with the theory and resources to
effectively use PowerPoint in your classroom teaching. During this
workshop, you will accomplish the following:
1. Understand the role of PowerPoint as an instructional tool.
2. Recognize positive examples of PowerPoint design, along with negative
examples.
3. Understand the role of copyright laws within the design of your
PowerPoint presentations.
4. Evaluate your past PowerPoint designs.
5. Develop a new 'audience-centered' PowerPoint presentation with
stronger command of PowerPoint tools and features.
